Architecture The strength of our systems lies in the flexible open architecture of the products. There are three major elements:

• Communications to multiple hosts
• Local Data Bases
• Extended local Application and Processing facilities

This approach provides for immunity from host availability and slow response time to transactions.

Hardware Components

• Application Processor
• VFE Telephonic Interface

This architecture allows us to select and utilize independent facilities, as well as different technologies, which best address the requirements of the customer. Once the access to the database has been established, either by down-load to our processor or by communications to a Host, the facilities that use this data are transparent to the host applications. This also means that the client is spared from multiple development efforts.
